Returns & Exchange policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at taffytales.in If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
certain types of items cannot be returned, like customised products (such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

What is the meaning of 7 Days Replacement?

ALL products are eligible for return under our 7 Days of Replacement Guarantee.

In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 48hrs of delivery.

In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request.

  • The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

 

 

A replacement will be issued only if:

–  It is found to be defective. 

–  It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.

–  The product is not different from what was shipped to you.

–  The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

Return Policy Abuse

We want all our customers to have a great experience with us at Taffy Tales .In order for our 7 Day Easy Exchange Policy and 7 Day Replacement Guarantee to be sustainable and fair for all, we take Return and Exchange Policy abuse seriously.

We monitor customers who have placed multiple Return & Exchange requests with us. Even the ones who place these requests over multiple accounts. This makes us feel like there are certain customers who are not here to shop but to “borrow” a product just to return it later. We will deny repeat return requests from customers who use such tactics and prohibit them from future purchases.

We want you to have a pleasurable shopping experience with us. While most of our customers use our policies as intended, we would really appreciate it if everyone would kindly respect our policies so that we can continue serving you better.

We don’t want the handful of people who attempt to abuse our policy to ruin the experience for everyone else.
